The poster has demanded we remove all his contributions, less he takes legal action.
We have done so.
Now Tyberius Prime expects him to start complaining that we removed his 'free speech' since this message will replace all of his posts, past and future.

Every country that has a developed 'government' has such stuff...maybe in Switzerland they are just more open about it...
Trust me on this...

Heh, I actually have a criminal record here in Korea. At least that's what they tell me.
When I first came to Korea I had a tourist visa (only valid for three months), and I think I renewed my visa a day or so late. A year or so later, I had another visa problem. I had been studying Korea, so I had a student visa. Then I went into graduate school, but when it came time to renew my visa they said I had the wrong visa. Apparently, language study visa and graduate school visas are different. Anyway, I went in to the investigations department and there were two guys looking at my files. When I came in they looked up, laughed, and said, "Oh, you're the criminal!" I said, "Um, yeah, I guess that's me!" So while I was filling out the paperwork they had a great time laughing and calling me a criminal. I suppose it was better than the alternative.
So I've got that going for me, which is nice. (I know that's not exactly what you were talking about, but I thought I'd throw it in.)

As a juvinile I had a bit, thank DOG it is SEALED!!! I did learn of some records from a friends mom who had 'connections' with our local legal system. Apparently as a juv I was closely watched by the local gang unit due to certain issues about my lifestyle they seemed to disagree with at the time. I got to see photocopies of telephoto Black-n-white Pictures taken as I roamed to and fro about the earth at night, all of my associates listed, complete profile on me, etc. It was creepy.
No adult record due to the way I live every day with my heart filled with kindness for my fellow man...either that or they are totally on to me and I just dont know it yet.
Hey InI, on the 'Plus' side for switzerland you also forgot that Marijuana growth is becoming more pervasive in switzerland than it is in any other country...

veering wildly off topic.....
yes, but Holland cracked down on cultivation, coffee shops can not have any more than 5 living plants present at a time, posession, comsumption, (a jedi craves not these things) yeah thats still fine and legal, but the dutch are beginning to convolute the cultivation laws. The suisse are way past holland when it comes to clone/seed production. If I wanted to go on a 'pot' vacation I would skip the 'dam' and definitely find my way to a little place in Lugano in late October...

Drugs!!
I worked in security for 3 years on and off for one of the biggest night club/bar security firms in the UK ( If anyone saw muscle in england ) that was them.
anyway i have seen some pretty horrific shit in my time that was drugs related, i dont mean dealers taking each other out in turf wars etc....
Being the most senior qualified first aider in the club, i got called to each and every incident if i wasnt already there...
The most tragic waste i have ever seen was a very intelligent beautiful girl that had her drink spiked with GHB (a liquid odourless tasteless form of extacy)
when i got there she was unconscious, she stopped breathing and went into cardiac arrest 3 times before the paramedics got there each time myself and a nurse managed to bring her back, she unfortunately died later in hospital....
I used to smoke cannabis a long time ago....
but todays drugs compared to those of the 80's and 90's are being turned out by people that are in it for a fast buck and dont give a shit who they fuck up. ok i remember the PCP crap and angeldust from way back when but E's are portrayed as a party drug....
They are not they fucking kill people regular as clockwork....i have seen it with my own eyes and picked up the pieces of the mess that it leaves behind....
my views maybe extreme but the only good drug dealer is a dead one.

Yup. I've seen all sides of the issue, and been involved in all sides of the issue...from being a user (way back then...well, that was then) to being in the military and enforcing policies of the drug war...to working in a bar (and being the first-aider...).
My take on the whole thing? Legalize it. Period. Until attitudes change towards drug use, no law will stop it. And because a lot of drugs (some legal) are addictive, that just keeps one using it. The law is not all that important to one addicted...his/her next fix is.
Legalize it, tax it, clean up the drug underground...and you will end up saving lives. Contolled purity, combined with the tax money (from buyers) for treatment, 'coming clean' programs and public awareness...results in a lot less deaths due to drugs and drug-related incidents... my opinion, yeah, but nothing else has worked so far...
Now back to the regularly scheduled program...

*shrugs* Same policy, different county...it's been done since drugs and countries have existed...not saying that it is nice, or right...just saying that it's pretty much 'business as usual' for most countries...welcome to reality...don't look to deep, stuff like that is only the tip of the iceberg...and once you know, you can't go back...say goodbye to innocence...

Heh, ah Ini...you know, the Intelligence communities have been doing it for years...without your knowledge. Now that it's 'out in the open' so to speak, why such a fuss? Ahhh...maybe you didn't know that the Intelligence communities were doing that?
Oh well...welcome to reality...I warned you about not digging too deep...it could have serious reprecussions on your 'illusionary' world...big brother has been watching you for a long time, now...
You know, a right is only a right when it is enforced...and it seems to me that Europeans are really ill-prepared for the EU...it just does what it wants, and the 15 lands follow...without informing their own people on what is going on...until the law comes out...so until the people of Europe get organized and start getting informed, this type of stuff will continue...mark my words...they have you right where they want you...

tomeaglescz, shit man. That's horrible!... I've worked in night clubs before and i've seen more than my share of drunken fights and overdoses but... damn. That's just... damn.
The Australian government with Spys? Hah! yeah right! Oh but there's ASIO (Australian Security Intelegence Organisation).... ~smirk~ but their so useless it's not funny. A friend of mine works for them and some of the dumb ass stories I've heard... They've screwed up so often they've lost most of their funding over the years and are quite underpowered now. Although after the whole Sept.11 thing my friend got called back down to the ACT and I haven't head form him since...

One day there will be a 'global government'...and then we will see...
Of course, after 'discovering' water on Mars, makes the whole 'earth' thing look...crowded. Hope they colonize Mars in my lifetime...but I'll probably be too old to help out...*sigh*
Maybe my people will get a chance....that would be cool.
New Horizons...new ideas....
