Somewhere back in one of the World Cup threads I said I would post pictures of my expedition to City Hall for the Korea-Italy match. Well, I finally got them developed, scanned in (don't have a digital camera yet), and narrated--here they are. Sorry about the pop-ups--it's Tripod.

So what are you saying, Adrock? You'd rather see pictures of her than me!?

I've seen better, though.

Yours were great as well. I really liked the little girl at the end, that is true spirit. I read your whole story and I must say that "When in Rome.."

Glad you liked the pics. But what do you mean by "When in Rome..."?

"When in Rome, do as the Romans". I would love to have been in Korea during this years World Cup. But as much as anyone would love to go to the town square and be a part of the festivities its not like you had a choice, lol.

Oh, I get it, now. I was just being a little dense, apparently. But yeah, you're right--it was really impossible not to get caught up in the fever. When in Rome, indeed.
