BTW, Has the Ripper Report come into a useful form yet, or is it still in the workings? I remember reading a good bit about it around a month ago, but it's slowed a good bit since then...

And yeah I'm not concerned about the color scheme I don't have any right to that. The logo and previous homepage was the problem. You can see the RIPPED logo here --> http://www.wow-factor.com. They have posted thumbnails of the two logos on their hompage.

I'm glad they took down the rip and let me say that I usually avoid Flash sites like the plague... but yours is *very* nicely done indeed. It's one of the exceptions

crucial: Welcome - its a pity it wasn't under happier circumestances but the problem is fixed (for the time being - keep an eye on them as these can crop up again when you least expect it). The first thing you should always do is take screenshots and mas is right that there is little that can be done with people taking your colour scheme
