My Detention Room

I've kinda faded into the woodwork lately. My work projects are taking a change in direction and I've been pretty heavily involved in converting our site - firstly from 100% real crap to 90% Dreamweaver/10% real crap ... and now from that to a fully database driven, user-maintained system. I'm writing the CMS in PHP over MySQL so it's so much fun I don't peruse the boards much right now.

Hello everyone, just found yas this evening looking for tutorial for PS..looks like a lot of bright and helpful folks here. Hope ya don't mind that I have a good look around. Dunno how much I will post til I get settled in, but I am sure to drive you all crazy...errr crazier with questions.

First question: What are slimies?
Second Quetion: What is UBB code, I do know HTML (ducking in case this is a major offense here..lol) but not UBB...would like to eventually I think, show a sig..but need to know the proper way to post it. Thanks in advance. Heyyy I think I figure out what slimies are... gads I am not so dumb after all!!

Emperor, thanks for making your point. Actually I was well ready to read on and try to learn something here, but not so enthused anymore. They say if you can't take the heat stay out of the kitchen so I will go somewhere that I feel a bit more comfortable. Also thanks to Rose for the helpful post.
