No, it isn't since it uses transformation filter that's only available in IE 5.5 or later...

Does IE 6 support PNG transparency? I will never be truly happy with IE until it does.

I can see all JAVA applets which means that there's still JVM. But, since I'm running Windows 2000, I don't know for sure if IE6 for Windows XP (which will be avilable very very soon) will come with JVM. Anyway, if you're running any Windows <= 2000, you'll be fine...
