Here's the deal,

You are reffering to 3 totally different technologies which can be used in totally different ways.

C++ and Java are languages that almost noone knows everything about. you have to almost specialize in some use web, applications, etc.

So the question here becomes what do you want to do?

Well then you probally want to start with C++ and work your way up from there. It actually depends on what you plan on programming. PERL? PHP? C++? JS? it all depends, but from the sound of it you are looking to actually write programs and not script. So yeah take a look at www.cfxweb.net

na, I'm just a Freshment this year in college...I been told that by Junior year is not to late to pick your major...but I think that really mess-up. You can said I'm a newbie to computer.
