Preserved Topic: Sending text to a CSS box

On this site, I have about 15 pages of stuff. I decided I want to load all sub-page content into the central slider box on the homepage, instead of loading another page, after choosing a link on the right side. I don't know how to, and wondered if someone could coach me up to speed? (if it's even possible) Doc does this on his new site so I figure it's fairly advanced...

you might try creating layers and hidding/unhidding them...

Ah! I got the basics of the concept from http://dhtmlnirvana.com/alchemy/externalload.htm - the instructions are kind of hard to work out, but the darn thing does work, check it out.
