Preserved Topic: icon in ps???

Is there a plugin for Photoshop that makes it possible to save an image as a .ico ?file???...if it exist?where can I grab it?

Try saving it as a BMP. BMPs can be selected to be icons. At least on my machine they can.

The Shield man is quite right, but you can take it the full step further if you want to. After you save your graphic as a bitmap, rename the graphic.bmp file to graphic.ico and you're done. The .ico format is just a translation of a bitmap for icon usage purposes.

A pretty useless thing, unless you're making a favicon.ico for your website, or dealing with icon libraries.
