Jpg's currently don't support transparencies. You have to save it as a .gif image, to keep the transparent parts, transparent. To do this, I go file > save for web > then chose gif from the drop-down menu. But I'm sure there are more effective ways. |

PNG also works, and supports multiple levels of transparency. |
