transparent tube is cool...
there r some cool blue tube on www.phong.com home page
can sombody tell me how to make it by photoshop?

Make a curved path with the pen tool. Stroke it with the airbrush, eraser, etc. to get the highlights right.

but ...there is still some difference ,the phongs tube has transparent and glass effect.
...i think he maybe use some 3d tools to reach that .

making something transparent is completely dependant on the environment of the object.

3d tools are certainly not necessary....photoshop is more than capable.

do a little work on it, and show us what you come up with - we'll go from there

Mine is merely an example....and yes, it would look transparent on a blue background.
