I have some pics that I need to touch up and I was wondering if there are some tutorials on how to get the "red out of eyes". I am using PS 5 (not 5.5).

Thanks in advance,

Pft! Silly! Don't put the red in the eyes in the first place. It won't sting as much that way!

Enter quickmask mode. Use a brush to paint your selection of the eyes. Return to normal selection mode and then adjust the eye tint using image>adjust>hue/saturation.

or

use HS's method for making a selection, and use an adjustment layer (hue/sat). More editable incase ya change your mind

or using the same selection, jump over to the channels and tweak with the channels.
