How to make network like globe merdians and paralels in Phptoshop? Is it possible to "draw" structure like that or I need to make it somewhere else and import it to the photoshop?

Make that pattern. Circular selection, off center, with some help from Shift. Spherize. Rest is clean-up.

Great, I will try... spherize... where to put center of selection?

Anywhere you want. In my above example, the center of the selection was to the right and below the center of the pattern. If you want to be precise, like overlaying on a planet (Earth), it's hit-or-miss to get the poles to line up.

Umm... something like that.

edit: BTW, when I made the selection to be Spherized, I used Circulur marque and held Shift + Alt. This way I can drag out from the center while mantaining a 1:1 ratio.

I did it, ortogonal grid- polar coordinates -spherise.
