i'm in urgent need of a font called 'cooper black italic'. if anyone outthere could help me i'g be very grateful.

However, the italic version I have never seen free online. It's available at many sites for sale.

There is a site or two that says free but then when you try it ask for everything from your name to your DNA then won't let you in ~sigh~
