Hmm.

A lot of your stuff is tough to read, especially your Flash movie. Make the text in it a bit thicker if you must include it. Your color scheme isn't overly appealing to the eyes (at least mine) and the different backgrounds you use for different links doesnt help. I hate frames.

Other then that you really don't have much to coment on, theres no actual content.

After mopping up the blood from my keyboard, from burst capillaries around my eyes straining to see the text, I noticed there are some JS errors that stop the page from displaying normally. I get the overall hispanic look and feel but really. The low-contrast text in the header gif and menu...ouch. And the header gif is misaligned with the background. Sloppy.

I had some significant problems reading the text....plus I really wasn't sure where my attention was supposed to be....

ARRR!! Yep, I found Javascript errors too. Try not to use Dreamweaver for simple JS rollovers as it uses way too much code to do such a simple little thing

Unless you designing a site for preschool childern or ageing hippies then you *need* to tone down you colour scheme. Bright primary colours don't look good togther period. Stick to muted and rather desaturated colours without all of the colour swirling. Remember, when you learning always KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid). Choose two colours and a highlight with different tones and contrasts. Say a dark red, and a warm mid gray. Then you highlight could be white. Simple, appealing yet warm and rather bold if done correctly.

Personnaly i think you should go right back to basics, don't use images in you site to start with at all. Even starting with no colour at all can help, do the site in simple yet contrasting grey tones that you think work well, then add colour using the grey tones as your base. But keep the colour saturation low! Desaturated colours and greys and great to start with as it's harder to go wrong with them. Get a defined colour scheme that looks good then start to create images for your menu's that fit in with the site. And stay away from bright hevialy saturated colours!!

But don't let us discourage you, our responses may seem harsh but that only cause we see lost of your for improvment, keep at it and you'll get there eventualy.
