Preserved Topic: 3DS Max 4 & AutoCAD .DWG files

Does anyone know how to put a texture on a wireframe thats created in AutoCAD?

I've searched for a TUT but with no luck....can anyone help?

I've only done this once before, if I remember correctly you must export the DWG file from Autocad as a DXF file.
Not too sure about the layer thing though. Group and export as layers or
single objects?
Try a couple of different export options as DXF though.
