I dont know where to start off with but i do know i am going to use Css for the site numbers. I just want to get a starting ground.

Im trying to create a fluid site that doesnt have to use tables and can be as close to this design as possible.

Shouldn't be difficult at all to create using columns instead of tables.

ok im having a problem. I have gotten my news box to stay when i change resolution but, i can't get my menu to stay in it's place when i change resolution. If you look in 1024x768 you will see what i want to have. What is your suggestion?
