I was looking for a way to use .htaccess to cause a file to be automatically included on every page in a directory. I've only seen this once before on a website I took over and at the time it was annoying because I couldn't get rid of the script that kept running and the htaccess was the last place I thought to check. So I never took note. Now methinks it could be useful, but I can't find it anywhere in any documentation. |

well... the version of the apache (1 or 2) would have been more important. |

That's the one. And it does a hell of a lot more than I originally thought. I think I'm in love with .htaccess. Will society be able to accept my cross object love affair? What will the children look like? |
