[/quote] WELL, these seem to be the main things logged, there may be more. As to the best way of logging any issues, or resolutions? Personally, i reckon we go for one thread per issue, with the thread topic clearly outlining the issue, so that you can discuss, explain, resolve that issue in that one thread.
