I just noticed that the little dash images in the tree at the top of the forum all have alt tags of "decoration." It's recommended that images used purely for visual effect have a null alt tag, like so: <img src="blah.jpg" alt="" />. After all, someone using a text browser is unlikely to care that those images are "decorations" if he can't see them, and all the alt tags are doing is cluttering the display. Right? |
