Those <br>'s should be replaced with the appropriate padding/margin in your CSS, that line of '_'s should be replaced with an <hr> or a border, as SLime suggested. That will solve most of your problem right there. If any problems do still persist, you can address the width settings, but I don't think that'll be needed really.
