the roman numerals, a waste of time and effort. when a rank indicated number of posts, the top rank was lunatic no matter how many posts an inmate made. a lunatic had been around awhile, maybe frequently maybe not...

the roman numerals now do what rank used to do. they tell us if an inmate has been active enough to have earned a particular rank. why the redundancy?
