-> But Mozilla seems can't parse xsl with chinese character. Sure it can (at least it should be able to: Moz developpers accuse xml developpers to be unable to form their xsl well, I accuse Mozilla of very badly supporting xsl), but you need to place the characters between "CDATA" elements, and to have an appropriate specified in your final output. The link above was not intended to make fun or your otherwise common situation, but that page from maddox happens to make me laugh, invariably, each time I get back to it.
