Not sure if this belongs in this section . . . I was wondering how I can fit into an interactive dept of an agency- finance is not for me, too stuffy. Maybe not a designer (limited experience) but an account person dealing with the clients or Proj Mgr- which I enjoy and have experience freelancing. |

kinda hard to say, all really depends how involved and how big we're talking. i'd say minimum would be a designer (front end/graphic) and a developer (database/scripting), and probably some sort of art director/creative lead to run the whole thing. ideally you'd have a few different guys with different specializations (on the design side a true designer, a flash/video guy, maybe a 3d guy, on the dev side a scripting/web development/css guy, a hardcore database/e-comm/coder, etc.). |

yeah thanks folks. I guess it does depend on size of office where people may do multiple jobs, vs larger more specialized agencies/firms. I am just unhappy where I am now- approaching 3 yrs time to move onto other challenges. |
