Put up the location the contact info, and anything else that is pertinent. Give them a link to book mark the page, tell them that more content is coming soon, give them a date for the update to arrive and tell the user to check back soon. Your graphical work isn't bad at all, it just doesn't have any of the required text. And having text as graphics is just bad form, you can't copy and paste graphical text.
