Wow, looking really nice. I would spend some time making the menu look a little nicer. The site has a lot of very nice small details in the content area, but the menu area seems to be a bit lacking.

I had a lot of problems with the navigation. It just doesn't seem to stay where I want it to. On higher resolutions it get sent all the way to the right of the screen. I'm workin' on that.
templar: i like your site a lot. the design is fantastic and easy to use.i agree with what has been said before. the navigation is a bit strange if you have a larger resolution.
btw, maybe you would like to exchange links? i could add you to my linkdatabase and to the links of my personal website.

Gee that would be great mas. I'll fix up the nav and add you in it as soon as I can. You know if you need one of 88x31px links for my site I can give you one.
templar: these are both my sites. but thespacebetweenus is my personal one. could you give me a valid email address from you? so we can continue this discussion by mail then

Hello everybody, I added a new skin to my site. I was wondering what you guys think? Just select it from the right. (http://haiderali.thefreebizhost.com/)
I've got one problem though, it's with the archives page, Mozilla doesn't seem to position it right.

I don't see any errors on the Archive page when I use FireFox, don't have any other browser to cross check against tho.
Great work! You've really improved!
Don't have much to add to what the other people here has already said. But I noticed a couple of minor issues.
One the pages where the content doesn't reach the bottom of the browser window (Notebook) the page ends very abrutly. It would probably look better if you extended the page to the browser bottom even if you don't have enough content to justify it.
The only other thing that bothered me was that you switch layout when I enter the archive and the journal. Why? The page would seem more coherent if they were in the same layout. I saw that the journal is a separate page alltogether; so you if I where you I would either create my own journal in favour of the blogspot one, or seperate the journal link for the other navigation links so the user sees that it is something special with that link.

Hmmmm thanks... that was a nice review
The problem with the notebook thing where the page ends abruptly well I've tried really hard to get that div to be from top to bottom but it just doesn't!! I think it's best I just use <br /> tags... unless anyone knows a better idea?
Well, seeing as the site isn't liquid in any fashion you could easily set a CSS background image on the body element and the white content area will always stretch down to the bottom of the page(set to "repeat-x" as well of course). You'll have to re-think that footer image thought.
Actually, if you create a background image with the full text of faint orange "HAIDER ALI" and set up the footer element with excess padding on the bottom and an equal amount of negative bottom margin. That'll give you that "cut in half" look when it rests on the bottom of the page, but when it sits up higher the full background image is shown. Well, in theory at least, but I reckon it'd work.
2) You have some small errors in your xhtml validation. Most are small and easy fixes. (i.e. unclosed page breaks, etc.) You are wrapping divs in p tags. I don't believe this is valid either.
3) Lose the inline styles, they will bite you in the ass down the road. Also makes upkeep easier to keep all formatting in the CSS.
4) Center tag!?!
5) One last thing I noticed, and it is not so much a problem as a cause for confusion. When I click on white space in the helix design using FireFox, all the page's text is underlined. Is this intentional, am I missing something, or is it some wierd mozilla bug or markup problem?
