Topic: Uselessness

There is not really much to review here, but figured I would post it anyway.
It's just some rambling thoughts by me that I thought I would put up on the internet.
Though it's simple, of course, any recommendations would be great.

Well, it's very simple. So simple it's difficult to say anything about it.

My only real concern is that all of the text is bold, which probably it's the best idea for such a text heavy website. I'd also like to see a Sans and Sans-Serif font given the style sheet switching. Apart from that I like it. Simple, nice use of white space and straight to the point ? I wish more people did really simply things like this.

I thought Verdana was a Sans-Serif font?

Verdana is a Sans-Serif font, but given you have multiple style sheets I thought you could mix that up a little... *reads post*... oops! I means Serif and Sans-Serif.

Oh and one more thing, the links to "View other useless thoughts" and "add your own useless thoughts" kinda break the whole feel of the site. If you can it'd be nice to setup your own guestbook like thingy which fits in better with the rest of the site rather than relying on e-guestbooks.com

Ah yea. Maybe if I get some time, I'll work on the guestbook thing. As far as the stylesheets, I see what you are saying now. When the user changes styles, it changes the font also...
Good idea.

I'm pretty much using this as a place to figure things out, so the guestbook idea is a good one, if I could only figure out how to do it. I tried it once, several years ago, when I was first getting started making webpages. And I still don't know anything about server-side scripting and all of that database stuff, but I guess nows a good time to learn. Even though no one will probably ever even use it...

Fixed up the Guestbook, it turns out Eccentrix has a built in guestbook builder.
Maybe if I get some time, I will try and figure out how it works.
