i wanna make my own animation board(disk) but i don't know how make this one

As for a board, um...disk? Im not sure what you mean. You mean a forum? You could try off with a basic service like Ezboard or a MSN Group to see how it is for you. Seen this is your first time, that's what I would suggest you do. Take small steps first and see how it progresses from there.

I think kid paddle, may be asking about the pin registration system/lightbox used for manually producing animation frames.
