I was doing this tutorial and at the end it says:

Add a topmost Adjustment Layer to the palette. Click COLORIZE



how do you get that?

Colorize is a check box in the Hue & Saturation Dialog. So create a Hue & Saturation adjustment layer and when the dialog appears select colorize, in the bottom right corner.

hmm... no offence but sometimes F1 works for little quirks like that!
