Umm.....yeah - the entire point of having paged threads is that we no longer need to close them and start "part 2".

They can go forever without a problem, and it's more convenient than trying to dig through "part1, part2, part3", etc.

I do agree, however, that adding links to the pages on the main page would be a good thing.

Does gmail works with pop accounts? Or is it just a webbased mailsystem?

only webbased currently

though there are projects that work around that restriction - see http://libgmail.sourceforge.net/ for a python gmail library which just happens to come with an example pop server.

While installing a few of the great extensions for Firefox, I noticed a GMail one, which reminded me of this thread again.
