I'll give my quick run-down though- 1) No Doctype, no encoding = very very bad. 2) tabled layout, spacer-gifs, Flash everywhere for no good reason... :( 3) way too much on the gradients and 'glows'. 4) JAGGIES JAGGIES JAGGIES! As mentioned, thse are so blatant that you could not possibly have just missed them... 5) Geting a user into one layout and then suddenly changing it for no apparent reason is not a good thing. Quite honestly, this site needs a lot of work to be even passable. A good start would be learning to code yourself instead of relying on dreamweaver. Get to know XHTML and CSS.
