It would be great to blame one person, or one nation for the wrongdoings of us all. It would be great if all of one people were all total beligerents, because that would be easy: just nuke the place and be done with it. The only problem is that it is never that easy. Everyone still has a little good inside of them; a hope. The only problem is that sometimes that hope is crushed to almost nothingness, and someone gets so stressed that they want to harm others. Then you have that horrendous endeavor called terrorism, where the person making terror has almost nothing left to live for. That is a shame. I wish there was an answer. I wish there was an easy one. Like a big bomb that would solve all our problems. Or a few words like I wish there would be world peace. But there isn't. The only thing that can be done is to try and save what is left and learn from our mistake, and never let it happen again. |

In this case we should keep in mind that there are quite a few foreign fighters in Iraq carrying out many of these atrocities. I know you were just venting, LaSun, and it is quite understandable since hearing about these things fills us with rage and hatred. But we can never allow ourselves to be driven by hatred or rage. We must continue to fight for what we know is a better way and a better future for Iraqis and all people who look forward to a better day. |

the fact that terrorists are still able to reqruit new torrorists proves that a graet deal of iraqi people are likely to become terrorists |

From what I've read, most Iraqis are not happy about foreign terrorists operating in their midst. They are not particularly happy that we are there either but much less non-Iraqi arabs causing unrest. |
