I'm working with a boss who has never been a boss, has schooling no higher than 11th grade, is in a bad relationship with a schitzo receptionist (with whom he fights with in front of employees and guests). I can't tell this guy anything because he won't listen and has no idea how things run in my department anyway. He comes up with ideas about things that are not even from this reality, but takes these thoughts and just 'runs with them': [?LOOK! I've got a handful of beach sand!
