When this thread was originally started, I had forwarded him the URL to the mypublisher site, because I knew it would be something he would be interested in. I then forgot all about it.... (even with the warning about bad service) Well, it turns out that my friend actually did go through with using their services (recently), and not only had no problems from them whatsoever, but is also extremely happy with the final product.
