how do you crop a object from a picture and still have a crisp edge and move it to another picture?

Selection tools

Use the Marquee tool (square anialiased edge) or the Elptical Marquee (circles and ovals, aliased or anti-aliased depending on tool setting) to select the crop, copy, pase into new pic.

The Lasso tool can draw shapes and like the eilptical marquee you can set whether the edges are aliased or anti-aliased, same thing there, copy, paste.

The Pen tool allows you to draw about whatever shape you like, with aliased or anti-aliased edges, and yet again, copy and paste.

You could also read the crop tutorial
http://www.gurusnetwork.com/tutorial/crop/
but I gather when you say "object" you're talking about an irregular outline, so I guess the other suggestions are better.
