~Sir_KiTree~ Bipolar (III) Inmate From: PA Insane since: Jul 2001	posted 12-05-2004 02:10 anyone ever tried to put a web interface on top of an excel spreadsheet? not just some 1 sheet workbook, i'm talking an extensive workbook with hidden sheets and calculation upon calculation upon calulation which is derived from other calculations upon calculations. I mean this thing is a beast. where would one begin?? the best thing I can see so far is there's a program out there that can turn workbook spreadsheets in java beans, and maybe I could work on it from there... but I don't really know java so I'm looking for any help anywhere. please help! ~Sir_KiTree~Scan~ ..::ill communications network::..

If you have PHP there must be an excell sheet reader. I use the pear Excel_Spreadsheet_Writer, but I don't know if it can read. Dan @ Code Town

Well there are ways...
