Inspired by Eric meiers Pure Css popups i tried some experiment which shows some text when you hover over an link. This works fine in FF but somehow not in IE6win. On www.Quirksmode.org i found some info on a known IE bug. But this does not seem to work. Also on http://www.tanfa.co.uk/css/articles/pure-css-popups-bug.asp i found some info but again this does not seem to work. Maybe the problem is in the list which i used to shape the menu. The Css validates as css2, but not as css1 the w3c says there is an unknown psuedo-element or psuedo class on line 71. The xhtml validates as xhtml1.1. See the offending page here: http://www.xs4all.nl/~rinswind/menu.html I made a screenshot when hovering over the print link so you could see what is supposed to happen. http://www.xs4all.nl/~rinswind/screenshot-menu.gif I bet there is an stupid mistake somewhere in the page.. ------------------------------ Support Justice for Pat Richard
