The poster has demanded we remove all his contributions, less he takes legal action.
We have done so.
Now Tyberius Prime expects him to start complaining that we removed his 'free speech' since this message will replace all of his posts, past and future.

We have a ton of flash developers here who work for between $15 and $25 an hour american. That is with full benifits and in a corporate structure.

As you state you are not skilled I would say you could win the bid at $20 and hour, give them a flat rate of $300 for the job.

On the other hand, there are a ton of flash developers in my area, if it is a skillset that is lacking in your area you could try putting $500 on the table, and see how that flys. If you are actually going to put your graphic knowhow into overdrive I am sure you could call it in at $500. A really skilled designer might even rate $60 and hour. But I haven't seen hourly rates like that in a couple of year.

I agree with Dan's suggestion of floating $500 for the day past them and see if they bite. If they object to that price, it gives you a little bit of room to give them something back and both of you can come out of the negotiation feeling like a winner.

Also, Ini, you may not have much experience with Flash, but, Flash is programmed in JavaScript (or a JavaScript like language) so with your background in C, Java, and JavaScript, you probably could consider yourself at least moderately experience for the project.

you did not follow InI's last outburst.

To get an idea, check the closed threads in the Mad Scientists' Laboratory. In the end, InI asked to have is account banned and his messages removed, thus the message replacing all his posts.
