Basically the no-ip service he's using is a dynamic DNS service that allows him to run a webserve fro mhis computer despite his dynamic IP (normally you can only run with a static IP)... so when you got a connection timeout he'd probably turned his computer off. |

Skaarjj is right. I shut down my computer at night so the personal site goes down as well. |
