memory refresher

well, i tore it down in built it again from scratch. my coding is still a bit simplistic (because, sadly, i don't have the luxury of being able to code everyday, so i forget how things are supposed to go) but i hope the mark up is less tedious and superfluous than it was before.

i've seriously simplified the content, though, and i think the colours are a little more refreshing, with the design a little more 'together'. but enough of what i think .. please. i'm all ears.
