Topic awaiting preservation: FTP server to server transfer (Page 1 of 1)

I've been using cuteFTP for as long as I can remember and I've really liked it. Though, I'm now looking to be able to transfer files from server to server; I can't see any way to do this with cuteFTP. In searching I have found another client ftpvoyager that says it can do server to server. Has anyone used this software or know of any others that can handle server to server that they like? Or even better, does anyone know if cuteFTP can? Thanks!

Yep, FlashFXP will do the trick as poi points out.

There are a few restrictions to transferring files using FXP that you should be aware of however. Both hosts must support PASV mode and also allow PORT commands to foreign hosts. I think one of the machines must be a non-NT machine also; you won't be able to transfer from one NT machine to another.

Basically, the easiest way to find out if it's possible is to try it.

It's open source, Very solid and intuitive and version 3 (the next version) has solid plans for implementing fxp.
