I think the Doc's plan was to merge those two anyway and I'd support a general client-side coding catch all forum to cover markup and stylesheets (so it would cover HTML, XHTML, XML, CSS, etc. legitimately) - call it "Markup and Styling" if you like ;) 3D, Print, multimedia, etc. have always been low traffic forums.
