Topic: Idea for the Forums

As is already done in VBulletin, perhaps there could be a portion of the cell which would list the active threads an inmate is participating. I would imagine that activity would be determined by threads that have been commented upon by another user. Forgive me if this has been suggested before, or if it's too messy for the current programming and structure of the site.

you can easily click on the title in an inmates' cell to see his last contributions. Takes a while to load, though (it does a full text search...).
But that's partly by design - I don't want people snooping after other people too easily.

Could it be done such that only the inmate could see his own active threads? A private system?

could be done... but honestly, I don't think it's a problem that should be solved at the website end.
Organizing pages you viewed is a browser issue (not that the current crop does a more than so-so job on it).

I'm currently working on really really fast text search. If that ever get's implemented for the asylum, this will be a three cent feature.
If not, I'm looking at a days worth of work here (including planing, testing, and discussiong exactly what it should do), and I currently just
neither have the drive, nor the time, to do that.
