I've read they are extremely tough to chew. LOL!!! Actually, I'm quite serious and I am basing that on this story as well as one I read a couple of years ago. I think this happened in an African country where a woman was having lunch during her work break in a cafeteria and was trying to chew down a piece of meat in her stew. She couldn't chew it and upon closer inspection realized it was a bovine member. This is just too much, I can hardly type this I'm laughing so hard... er um intensely

What can drive people to be so f*cked up and twisted, NoJive? I would first ask on what basis you are making that judgement call. I don't mean that in a bad way at all but what set of morality dictates what they did was wrong? You know I have a set of morals and get hammered about insisting they are the right ones for all humankind and that is one of the reasons I'm curious to know how you answer that. Clearly I would agree that this was wrong and perverted behavior.

So more to the point of how someone could get to this place. I would argue it is a very natural thing they did. Sexual drive is very very powerful especially when it is allowed to govern one's actions. Most people I would imagine are taught to behave a certain way and those teachings tend to stick and keep their actions more in line with their societal norms. But people can be stimulated sexually by just about anything and mutilation is certainly high on the list. Just take a look at the hellraiser movies and any of Clive Barker's material for evidence of that. Or like you said, just do a google search and it is abundantly obvious. So I think the way these two got to where they are is that they placed sexual gratification very high on their list of priorities in life. For whatever reason they lacked the same inhibitions that most people have in societies such as ours and simply put into action what they both inwardly embraced.

Well I guess we could follow it back to that primordial gene of ours that when excited by the sight of blood from food or foe set off our then..and largely still, involuntary reflex of 'fight or flight' .

It would seem endorphins, the same or similar, that initially triggered only that specific 'fight or flight' part of the brain are either 'leaking' from that part or bypassing it altogether.. sending messages instead to the 'sexual/pleasure'part of the brain. Either scenario gets, or at one time did, get us excited.

But when the knife comes out and you don't high-tail it, a message ain't gettin' thru somewhere.

I figure hunger and only hunger alone could send a stronger message to.. 'stay for dinner?' cuz the message I get is, sex with a goat has gotta be better than this. Wait a minute that's mine! Still not gone? Something seriously wrong with the 'upstairs twisted pairs' buddy! =)

As for morals? Well if you can forget the 'goat' part... please forget the goat part... d; I'm not sure morals come into play.
