Hi,
We have a mailing list. In order to subscribe to the list, you can simply send an email to a specific address (mailinglist@testing.testing.com.au) and place 'subscribe' as the subject and you will get added.

What I need is to be able to use a form to subscribe to the mailing list.

There needs to be:
two radio buttons 'subscribe' and 'unsubscribe'.
form field text box where you enter your email address.

On 'submit' the appropriate occurs. The form needs to submit - or look like it has been sent From the email address entered in the form field text box. And the radio button selected will have that option ('subscribe' or 'unsubscribe') appear (to the receiving mailing list email - mailinglist@testing.testing.com.au) as the subject.

Please Help!.

This is definately not an HTML question - this is going to take some server side coding.

This tutorial at the Gurus Network details a method in PHP -

It is designed for a contact page, but can be very easily modified to do what you want.
