Photo Statistics: 640x480, 96 dpi, 24-bit The photos taken with a camera phone appear extremely pixelated and perhaps posterized. If you've used a camera phone, I think you know what I'm talking about. How can these low-res photos be cleaned up? That is, what can I do with Photoshop CS to make these photos look not-so-poor? Thanks.
