A soft blur and then resizing the image to say 320x240 might make it look a bit better. |

You could give this a try using the free trial. It's probably not exactly what you want, but it apparently does a great job cleaning up pixellated images when you enlarge them. |

but honestly, you're not going to have much luck with any method. the information for a good looking picture just isn't in there - and no software can make it appear. A good painter could, in hours of tedious work ;-) |
