Tables are evil.

I would probably make the section links on the left extend the entire width of the area, so you don't have to go all the way to the text, you could just click the rectangle.

New windows (target=_blank [or anything, really]) are extremely annoying. You put that frame bar at the top already which makes it simple enough to get back to findtutorial.net.

Looks like most things are just links to other sites - might link to a cached/mirrored copy, too.
