By the end of my freshman year I have switched to fine arts for several good reasons. After the history of animation course, the modern industry of animation is very money driven. The whole major is very job oriented and they are basicaly cooking up fresh employies for sweatshops aka EA/ILM. The environment is so disnley like animation driven that they never let you experiment. It's all fine as long as you ultimately want to do that type of work, character animation.
