Greetings to the Aslyum from deep in the Middle East,

I see the lunacy runs as rampant as ever before. First thing I run into inside the front door is the... um.. new slimey. *smirk* You schitzo's will never change. That, perhaps, is part of the appeal. I've not forgotten you, this will always remain my home as long as there is a connection somewhere (or you know guys with satphones).

I see a lot of the ol' faces roaming the strobely-lit halls. You've no idea how comforting it is to simply be among the good ol' orange and black, typing away the starry night. Bring back waves of soothing calm and allows me to disappear into the bold text.

Ah, maybe I over-dramatize my love affair with this place. Still, it's really great to see ya'll name in print once again. Here's to hoping for the days to tag the 'sylum walls with my own words once more....

I know it's a bit late, and I have no idea when (if) you're going to check this topic again; but it's good to see you're still doing well. I'd tell you "it's better to be a live coward than a dead hero", but that seems to conflict with the reason you went in the first place. :) Anyway, stay safe.

Ah- I've been popping in every once and again- I just never really have the time to sit here and go mad..

Though, I must admit that I go quite loony around this new country. I'd say the environment here foments it. I've been looking for a reason to lose my mind for so long, but this not quite what I had in mind.

You'd be suprised how quickly the time passes here. Running around whole days and sleeping like they've been rationing it really burns the calander away. I could swear I wrote the Aslyum last week, but I see it's been much more than that.

I've been out of the loop, to be sure. I've obviously missed a bunch of you on da 'Q. What have you guys been working on? Did the BoX or RipperReport get off the ground yet? Mahjqa- every once in a while I still pull out those space ships and toy with 'SpaceWar', but then I forget about it again for a while..

Did Doc ever show back up or is he still in exile?

It's interesting you say not change- I find I've never changed more in such a small span of time in my entire life. I guess it's the living..

I'll be home soon, indeed- made a promise to a very pretty girl and you know what happens when you break one of those...
