Topic awaiting preservation: Good Streaming Webcam Software?

What kinds of software for streaming a webcam have you all had good experiences with? I don't mind paying for it and would like it to do:

* Streaming - the faster the better - none of this refreshing a pic every so many seconds
* I'd like to be able to see the IPs that are connected and maybe even block certain IPs
* Possibly a chat feature?
* Fairly easy to setup and configure
* Good crossbrowser compatiblity

Run into anything like that?

Well, I use two ways of broadcasting my cam:

1) Don't stream:
I use a program called WebCam2000 and I like it bunches. You can add it to a page and have some JavaScript refresh the image. I've been able to get a refresh rate of 0.2 seconds, but that will not be the case with those on dial-up connections. It also depends on your upload speed. Check my site out if your curious on how it's done.

2) Stream:
I sometimes stream over Shoutcast, but it takes up bandwidth so I don't take this option often. You can probably find a Java app to show your stream on a web page. If you don't know how to set it up, check out the Shoutcast forums, there's some topics in there that helped me a lot.

There are other options, but these are the best options I know of.
